Choose what counts. A budget is an amount you plan for a period. You decide which expenses count toward it, and it shows what is spent and what remains. Where a category and account match one budget clearly, Nuzerna suggests it, and asks when it is ambiguous. 3. 03 ### Watch what is left See progress, what remains, and a daily safe-to-spend. Overspending shows as a negative remainder, never hidden. ## The little things that matter. - Alerts at 50, 80 and 100 percent of a budget - Rules that assign a category and tags from the payee or keywords - Scheduled items for rent, salary, bills and subscriptions, with reminders - Tagging an expense “Food” does not put it in a food budget.
