# Money in, costs out, and what’s in the till.

## A team called “Shop”.

1. 01 ### Track receipts and costs together

   Keep a till account, a bank account, and a mobile-money account in one team. Record money received, operating costs, and provider fees as they happen.
2. 02 ### Review the balance at closing

   Count the cash and compare it with the balance recorded in your till account.
3. 03 ### Share records with your team

   Invite someone to help record activity in your shared team. Members can see its accounts.

**What needs a plan**Tracking is on every plan. Inviting a cashier or partner needs the team to be on Max. [Compare plans](https://nuzerna.com/pricing).

**What Nuzerna is not**Nuzerna records what you tell it and what alerts report. A transfer alert is not bank-verified proof of payment, money received is not automatically a sale, and cash flow is not profit. There is no inventory, invoicing, payroll, or tax filing.
