   A team for the fund can keep contributions and expenses in the same dated list.
2. 02 ### Let the right people look

   Invite committee members as viewers or editors. Viewers can read and export; members can add records to the team’s accounts.
3. 03 ### Answer the question later

   Open any movement of money to see when it was recorded, by whom, and the note that went with it.
