Do I need an account to start?+ Yes. Sign in before adding an account and saving your first record.
What is a team?+ A team holds one set of accounts and records. Most people start with a personal one. You might add “Home” for the household, “Shop” for a business, or “Club fund” for a group. Teams are kept separate: there is no total across them.
What is the difference between a category and a budget?+ A category is a label, like “Food”, that helps you find and group records. A budget is an amount you plan for a date range. An expense can be assigned to a budget explicitly or matched automatically when one eligible budget applies. Budgets come with Pro.
How do I add a record?+ Tap Add transaction, choose expense or income, enter the amount, and pick the account. The date defaults to now. Category, budget, and note are optional. Moving money between your own accounts is a transfer, which is a separate action and is not counted as spending.
I was invited to a team. What can I see?+ Ordinary team members can see the shared team’s accounts and records according to their role. Your personal team is separate, and invited members do not need their own plan.
Is there a limit on Free?+ No. A Free team can save, type in and import as many transactions as it likes. Paid plans add budgets, rules, scheduled items and sharing.
What happens if my paid plan ends?+ The team goes back to Free and keeps everything it saved while the plan was active: those records stay readable and exportable. Budgets, rules, scheduled items, new money-owed claims, and shared editing stop until you renew.
Why does a balance say “Recorded balance — incomplete history”?+ Because some records that affect it are locked or missing, so the figure may not match what is really in the account. Review the records that are available to you.
Does it work offline?+ Some records and changes are available offline after the team has synchronized. Changes are checked against current access when they sync; not every feature works offline.
How do I move to a new phone?+ Sync your changes on the old phone, then sign in on the new one to retrieve your team data.
My bank or mobile-money provider is not supported. What can I do?+ Track by hand, or paste an alert and review what was read from it. You can also ask us to add the provider from the contact page.
Can I see several currencies added together?+ No. Nuzerna does not convert currencies. If a team has more than one, you pick which currency to look at.
