## How it works

Copy a payment alert from your messages, open Nuzerna and paste it. Nuzerna reads the amount, direction, counterparty and reference and shows a draft record. Nothing is saved until you review and approve it.

## Where it is processed

Pasted alerts are parsed on your phone. Only if you turn on cloud AI and give consent is redacted text sent for processing; see [AI and credits](https://nuzerna.com/help/ai-and-credits).

## Supported alerts

Import works for the providers and formats on the [supported alerts](https://nuzerna.com/supported-alerts) list. If your alert is not recognised, add the record by hand.

## Good to know

- A record made from an alert shows what the message said. It is not bank-verified.
- Duplicates are flagged so the same alert is not saved twice.
- Remove codes, passwords and account numbers before using cloud AI.
