## Offline

The app keeps a copy of the records you are allowed to see, so you can add and read records without a connection. Changes sync when you are back online.

## New phone

Install Nuzerna, sign in with the same method and your teams and records come back. To get your plan back, choose Restore purchases.

## Not syncing?

Check you are signed in and online, then pull down to refresh. If it persists, [contact support](https://nuzerna.com/contact).
