# Which alerts Nuzerna can read.

Import support is specific: a country, a provider, a source, and a message format we have tested. If a combination is not listed here, we are not claiming it works.

## Supported providers

We’re checking the details.

**No providers are published yet.**

We are still testing alert formats on real devices. A provider is added here only after its messages have been validated, with the date we last checked it.

## If yours is not listed

You can still track by hand anywhere in the world, and you can paste an alert and review what Nuzerna read from it before saving.

## Adding a sender is not support

The app lets you add a custom sender so its messages are picked up. That only matches the sender. It does not mean the message format is understood.

## Gmail and Outlook

Connecting a mailbox means Nuzerna can reach it. It does not mean every bank’s email format is understood; those are listed here one by one as well.
