Delete your account

Remove your Nuzerna sign-in and profile from the web, without needing the app. You will confirm it is you first.

What deleting does

  • Your sign-in, profile, devices, notifications and mailbox connections are removed.
  • You leave every team you belong to.
  • Records you added to someone else’s team stay with that team, shown as “Deleted user”.
  • It cannot be undone.

Before you start

  • If you own a team, hand it over or delete it first. We will list any that are in the way.
  • Deleting does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first.
