Pro and Max

Plan an amount. Choose what counts.

A budget is an amount you plan for a period. You decide which expenses count toward it, and it shows what is spent and what remains.

Simple, step by step.

  1. 01

    Set the plan

Name it, set the amount and the period (weekly, monthly, custom or one-off), and choose the accounts it covers.

  2. 02

    Assign spending

Assign expenses yourself. Where a category and account match one budget clearly, Nuzerna suggests it, and asks when it is ambiguous.

  3. 03

    Watch what is left

See progress, what remains, and a daily safe-to-spend. Overspending shows as a negative remainder, never hidden.

The little things that matter.

  • Alerts at 50, 80 and 100 percent of a budget
  • Rules that assign a category and tags from the payee or keywords
  • Scheduled items for rent, salary, bills and subscriptions, with reminders
  • Tagging an expense “Food” does not put it in a food budget. Assigning it does
  • Totals stay per currency

A few answers.

Are budgets and categories the same thing?

No. A category says what a record was for. A budget is an amount you plan, and you choose what counts toward it.

Which plan includes budgets?

Budgets, rules and scheduled items come with Pro and Max, per team.
