Plans and prices

Free costs nothing and has no limit on records.
Pro is $2.99 a month or $29.99 a year, for one team.
Max is $4.99 a month or $49.99 a year, for one team, and adds team invitations.

Prices are shown in US dollars for reference. The App Store or Google Play shows the price in your currency, including any local taxes, before you confirm.

Each plan covers one team

A plan belongs to a team, not to your whole profile. Upgrading one team does not change your other teams. People you invite to a Max team do not pay for a plan.

Payment and renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and length unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
Nuzerna does not see or store your card details. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google.

Cancel, manage or restore

iPhone and Mac: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Nuzerna.
Android: open Google Play, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and choose Nuzerna.
Restore: on a new phone, open Nuzerna, go to the plan screen and choose Restore purchases.

Deleting a team or your account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.

When a paid plan ends

The team goes back to Free. Nothing you saved is taken away, and every record from while the plan was active stays readable and exportable. Budgets, rules, scheduled items, money owed and shared editing pause until you renew. You can keep adding transactions on Free.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. Request one from your purchase history in the App Store or Google Play.
