Turn a payment alert into a record

How it works

Copy a payment alert from your messages, open Nuzerna and paste it. Nuzerna reads the amount, direction, counterparty and reference and shows a draft record. Nothing is saved until you review and approve it.

Where it is processed

Pasted alerts are parsed on your phone. Only if you turn on cloud AI and give consent is redacted text sent for processing; see AI and credits.

Supported alerts

Import works for the providers and formats on the supported alerts list. If your alert is not recognised, add the record by hand.

Good to know

• A record made from an alert shows what the message said. It is not bank-verified.
• Duplicates are flagged so the same alert is not saved twice.
• Remove codes, passwords and account numbers before using cloud AI.
