Plans, billing and restoring purchases

How Free, Pro and Max work, and how to manage, cancel or restore a subscription.

A plan belongs to one team. See Pricing for what each plan includes and the Subscription terms for renewal rules.

Cancel or manage

  • iPhone and Mac: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Nuzerna.
  • Android: Google Play, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, Nuzerna.

Restore on a new phone

Open Nuzerna, go to the plan screen and choose Restore purchases while signed in as the team owner.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google from your purchase history.

When a plan ends

The team returns to Free. Everything you saved stays readable and exportable.
