Sync, offline use and new phones

How your records sync, what works offline, and how to move to a new phone.

Offline

The app keeps a copy of the records you are allowed to see, so you can add and read records without a connection. Changes sync when you are back online.

New phone

Install Nuzerna, sign in with the same method and your teams and records come back. To get your plan back, choose Restore purchases.

Not syncing?

Check you are signed in and online, then pull down to refresh. If it persists, contact support.
